Do I need to leave Etsy to use ShipDigital?
No. The browser extension appears as a sidebar in Listing editors, storefront pages, and buyer messages, so core delivery actions happen on the page you are already viewing.
What can I customize on a buyer download page?
You can set your shop logo, main color, introduction, support copy, social accounts, copyright notice, and return policy. Product and version files are populated automatically.
How are my digital files protected?
Files are held in private object storage. Each download link can have an expiry date and a maximum number of downloads; expired links show a helpful page instead of a drive error.
Can I manage more than one Etsy shop?
